Boston Olive Oil Company is a family business owned and operated by Patrick, Gail and Kaitlin Vardaro. Our love of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and in the pursuit of the freshest quality Olive Oil inspired us to open our own store where we import our Olive Oils according to crush date.

Our Olives are grown and pressed by small artisans and farmers from around the world, our Olive Oils are 100 % Extra Virgin, unfiltered and settled.

Our Balsamic Vinegars are produced in Modena, Italy, in the traditional Modena style, and are aged in wooden barrels for up to eighteen years.
